Play Box Policies:

  • Box Team will arrive 30 minutes prior to the requested time for set up.
  • 50% payment required to save the day (non reimbursable). All Play Box Products are customized and prepared specially for the event theme.
  • Cancellation policy: minimum 72 hrs. prior to the event. Parts should reschedule the event in the next calendar year (365 days).
  • New date must be schedule according Play Box Team availability.
  • No refunds or reschedule of events in the same day or the day prior to the event.
  • Play Box Team is not responsable for any clothing damage or allergic reaction.
  • If it is raining Play Box station should be indoor.
